Dinner at the museum
In the exhibition ‘A Fabulous Encounter’ at the Carl-Henning Pedersen & Else Alfelts Museum in Herning, Denmark we were invited to do Camillo’s Dinners two September days in a row. Between the fantastic paintings of the Danish CoBrA-painter Carl-Henning Pedersen and the playful and sensual sculptures created by H.R.H Prince Henrik of Denmark we juggled with plates, wine glass, and delicious wines. We served a 4 course dinner plus appetizer – a wine menu with German and Italian wines completed the picture.
The nights courses were taken from the freshly printed and published cookbook. We and the guests had very cosy and joyful evenings.
Thanks to the museum for the great opportunity – and thanks for the photos to Ole Jørgensen.
